Residential Treatment Programs

Meridian’s Residential Treatment Programs offer adults a comprehensive continuum of care to address drug and/or alcohol issues in a safe and supportive environment. Residential treatment is a highly specialized short-term or partial hospitalization program designed to support recovery. 24-hour care is especially important for those at risk of self-harm.

Supporting Stability and Creating Positive Outcomes

Our Residential Treatment Center (RTC) offers options for those needing housing while overcoming alcohol or substance use disorders.

Residential stays at our care facility, on average, last from a month to a month and a half. Upon conclusion, many individuals continue service by utilizing Day Treatment through Meridian.

Day Treatment Services

Day Treatment allows an individual to receive intensive outpatient services on-site at Meridian’s main office 4-5 days per week while continuing to live at home during the evenings and weekends. This type of treatment is usually appropriate after inpatient residential care.

Residential Programs & Services

Our structured residential program assists adults in need of intensive treatment and support. A typical day includes group therapy, individual counseling, educational sessions, 12-step meetings, and time for reflection, recreation, wellness, and fellowship.

A person’s length of stay depends on the individual but typically lasts about 30-45 days. Intensive outpatient programs, aftercare, and relapse prevention services are also available after successfully completing this program.
