If you’re in need of a primary care doctor, or are simply interested in switching your primary care doctor to Meridian, call to schedule an appointment! We’re happy to help facilitate the transfer of your medical records in order to review your medical history with you.

The primary care team at Meridian works to treat the whole person through patient education, prevention and emotional support. We pride ourselves on making the connection between mind and body by utilizing every level of care necessary to achieve an optimal quality of life.

Our family medicine services are available for adolescents and adults – from sports physicals and sick appointments to screening and the regular treatment of longterm conditions.

Meridian’s primary care team consists of our chief medical officer, family physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, and a full medical support staff.

About Meridian’s Primary Care Physician Services

In July 2013, Meridian HealthCare expanded their primary healthcare services from only clients to the general public.

These healthcare services — combined with our behavioral health services — focus on a truly integrated approach to healthcare (a concept that often gets lost in the shuffle of today’s healthcare system). Meridian can diagnose and treat medical conditions for all patients while also providing supportive services and counseling, as needed, in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
