Lawrence J. Moliterno serves as both President and Chief Executive Officer of Meridian HealthCare.
He has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Lawrence holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Youngstown State University and taught as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Williamson College of Business for over 10 years. He also currently serves as a Trustee for Boardman Township.

As Vice President, Darla Gallagher supports agency-wide operations, fosters collaboration, and strengthens organizational alignment for Meridian HealthCare.
Darla has over 30 years of experience in the field of non-profit financial management and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Youngstown State University.

Dr. Lewis Spirtos is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Addictionologist who serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Meridian HealthCare. In this role, he leads the clinical direction of Meridian’s integrated care model, ensuring that behavioral health and medical services are coordinated to provide comprehensive, person-centered treatment.
With more than ten years of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership, Dr. Spirtos brings a deep understanding of primary care, mental health, and addiction care.
Dr. Spirtos is also experienced in emerging therapies and technologies, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato therapy. His collaborative, team-based approach to care and passion for innovation continue to shape Meridian’s efforts to deliver high-quality, integrated healthcare to the community.

Samantha Brooks brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare operations, community health centers, and recovery services to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Meridian HealthCare. Throughout her career, she has led large operational teams, strengthened organizational performance, and advanced patient- and employee-centered initiatives across diverse clinical settings.
In her work at Meridian, Samantha draws on her extensive background in system operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight to help advance the organization’s mission and sustain its long-term growth. Her leadership supports Meridian’s commitment to accessible, high-quality care for individuals and families throughout the region.
Beyond her role at Meridian, Samantha is the founder and Executive Director of the Recover & Revive Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting individuals and families affected by addiction. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Youngstown State University.

As Chief Operations Officer with Meridian HealthCare, Mark Gallagher’s role is to oversee operation activities, administrative support, human resources, and medical records.
With over 5 years’ experience as a leader within healthcare industry, Mark also serves as a member of Alta Behavioral Healthcare’s Board of Directors. He obtained his MBA in Business Administration and Management from Pace University, as well as his bachelor’s from Cleveland State University.

Tiffani Clayton proudly serves Meridian HealthCare as the Chief Quality Officer where she provides quality and compliance oversite throughout the organization and be responsible for accreditation and all regulatory requirements.
Tiffani has over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare system specializing in Health Information and Compliance. She has a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, and earned her Bachelors in Psychology at Kent State University.

Paige Rota brings over 5 years of experience to her position as Chief Programming Officer where she manages all Care Coordination, Prevention, and Criminal Justice departments.
Graduating from Youngstown State University with her Masters in Social Work, Paige also has her LISW-S, LCDCIII with specialized focus in Mental Health, Addiction Treatment and Youth Prevention and Education.

Victoria Giegerich serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Meridian HealthCare, where she leads the integration and oversight of clinical services across the organization.
She brings 10 years of experience in behavioral health, with clinical expertise in addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Supervision and is dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC).
Passionate about whole-person wellness, she is committed to advancing Meridian’s mission of providing compassionate, coordinated care for every individual.
